It's sweeping the nation and you can have it sweeping the pounds off of you! From September 1, 2009 to December 24, 2009, I participated in two 24 Day Challenges. All told I lost 53 pounds and 22 total inches. I now exercise three days a week after not exercising for over 25 years. In June 2010 I plan to run in a local 5K event called Sunburst. The first was taken on August 27, 2009, right before I began taking the Advocare products.
The bottom picture was taken on October 17, 2009, my wedding day.
The difference in these pictures is a total of 38 pounds, and 18 inches. Today I have lost a total of 53 pounds and 24 inches. |
