24 Day Challenge

It's sweeping the nation and you can have it sweeping the pounds off of you! From September 1, 2009 to December 24, 2009, I participated in two 24 Day Challenges. All told I lost 53 pounds and 22 total inches. I now exercise three days a week after not exercising for over 25 years. In June 2010 I plan to run in a local 5K event called Sunburst.
