Check out Friday's WSBT-TV's morning show at 6:40 or Saturday's South Bend Tribune newspaper to find out more about an exciting feat accomplished by a local brother and sister. Melanie Dolph, and yours truly, have lost 115 and 103 pounds respectively. In a period of time that has taken most of a year and a half, each eventually set a goal of participating in this year's Sunburst 5K Race.
