Since this past summer, I have been able to loose a great deal of weight. I attribute it to one thing: Advocare. Why? Here are the results: Beginning weight of 322, currently at 282. Lost 3 chest sizes and 2 pants sizes, a half-size in the neck. I now have the energy to work out three times a week. The results speak for themselves!
